We take pride in our branded StyleCraft and Gamma+ pro-grade appliances and guarantee every tool up to 1 year from the date of purchase. If you have any issues within the first year please contact us directly for a warranty claim. If something should go wrong after the first year, or outside of your warranty with your clipper or trimmer, please contact one of our authorized service centers directly to answer any questions regarding your equipment..

We recommend a tracking number when you ship it out and we are not responsible for lost or damages during the shipping process. Remember to enclose the service form with your contact information.
