They are basically the same thing, just two different ways to promote your discount to customers. The discount code is what you enter at checkout. The affiliate link takes customers directly to the website and then will auto-fill your discount code at checkout. This is how we are able to track your sales and give you commission.

Influencer grants Stylecraft, LLC and Stylecraft, LLC’s affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, successors, licensees and assigns (collectively, “Stylecraft”) a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable and transferrable right and license to use, sublicense, reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, import, repost, share, create derivative works from, and edit all content created by the Influencer for Stylecraft, LLC through the Stylecraft Affiliate Program (“Content”), including without limitation Influencer’s name, image (including body art and tattoos) and likeness and any intellectual property embodied in such content, in any media whatsoever (whether now known or hereafter devised), anywhere in the universe, for any purpose including the following purposes:

• • Post to social media platforms, Ecommerce platforms
• • Run paid ads using Influencer’s social media posts
• • Publish the content to the Brand’s websites and affiliated websites
• • Use the content in Stylecraft’s digital, email or text message communications
• • Marketing Collateral, Digital Signage, and any other print media / digital media format.

Influencer represents, warrants and covenants as follows:

• • All Content will comply with the Federal Trade Commission's ("FTC") Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials ("Endorsement Guides"). Without limiting the foregoing, all Content must clearly and conspicuously disclose Influencer’s "material connection" to Stylecraft, making it clear that Influencer is a paid influencer of Stylecraft and has received compensation and/or free products from Stylecraft. Such disclosure must be placed in plain sight and in close proximity to any and all communications that Influencer makes about Stylecraft and/or its brands or products, and cannot be buried in a link, placed in a string of hashtags or other disclosures, or otherwise obscured. Such disclosure is required regardless of any space limitations of the platform.
• • Content will not include the intellectual property of other parties, including without limitation any third party music, photographs, artwork, copyrighted works, trademarks, logos or slogans.
• • Content will not include any person, or personally identifiable information about anyone other than Influencer without Stylecraft’s prior written approval and unless such other persons have signed a release with Stylecraft.
• • Content will not contain any content that is libelous, defamatory, illegal, obscene or offensive.
• • Content will comply with the rules of the applicable social media platform, with any applicable policies of Stylecraft, and with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• • Content will not be disparaging or defamatory to Stylecraft or its products or brands in any manner.
• • Content will be original and created solely by Influencer. Content must be newly created by Influencer pursuant to the Stylecraft Affiliate Program, and must not have been published or otherwise made publicly available in whole or in part prior to participation in this program.
• • Any factual statements made within the Content will be true and verifiable by Influencer.
• • Any subjective matter within the Content will reflect Influencer’s honest opinions, beliefs and experiences.

Influencer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stylecraft and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, insurers, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any claims, judgements, damages, liabilities, settlements, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and disbursements, arising from or relating to (i) any breach by Influencer of Influencer’s representations, warranties or covenants hereunder, (ii) any failure of Influencer to comply with any applicable laws, statutes, decrees, treaties, rules or regulations, and (iii) any use by Stylecraft of the Content in accordance with the terms hereof.

Stylecraft may terminate Influencer’s participation in the Stylecraft Advocacy Program immediately for any reason upon notice to Influencer. Without limiting the foregoing, Stylecraft may terminate Influencer’s participation in the Stylecraft Advocacy Program immediately upon notice to Influencer if (a) Influencer is convicted of a felony or commits any other act which would reasonably be deemed to bring Influencer or Stylecraft into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule, or is tending to shock, insult or offend the people of the community in which the act was committed, or (b) Influencer’s Content fails to comply with the requirements stated hereunder. In the event of termination under (a) or (b), Influencer shall immediately remove relevant Content from the internet upon request from Stylecraft.
