If you purchased your product from one of the online platforms listed below, select Online. Click Continue and you'll be directed to the Warranty form. Please have your order number ready as it is required to complete your claim. Your order number can be found either in your customer dashboard on the platform you purchased the item from or in your order confirmation email.

If you purchased your product anywhere other than the places listed above, select In Store.
