Lexi Rainbolt - @hairby.lexie

Hi! My name is Lexie Rainbolt. I grew up in a small town in Illinois and moved to South Florida a few years ago to chase bigger opportunities in the beauty industry. I’ve always had a love for hair since I was young and have been working behind the chair for a little over six years now. In 2022, I started living my dream of teaching my own color and social media classes across the United States and Canada. Since then I’ve led sold out classes at events like America’s Beauty Show in Chicago and Masters of Balayage in San Diego, and was honored to be named in the Top 100 for balayage at the BTC show.
Social media has been the heart of my passion throughout my journey and is where my true love for the industry has grown. I have been creating content on TikTok and Instagram for more than four years; sharing education and lighthearted moments that make people smile. I believe this industry should be fun and inspiring, and I want to create a space where stylists feel encouraged to share their stories. Every experience is one you should own and is what helps shape the artist we become.

I’m Victorino Stylo, born September 5, 1991, in Puerto Rico. I’m proud to be a master barber, educator, and digital influencer. I picked up my first pair of clippers at 17, and from that moment on, I knew barbering was my passion. Through hard work, dedication, and a love for the craft, I’ve built a career defined by precision, creativity, and style. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with high-profile clients like Jon Z and sharing my techniques with people around the world through my YouTube channel and social media, where I connect with hundreds of thousands of followers.

As an educator with StyleCraft Gamma+, I focus on teaching advanced techniques to barbers everywhere, always with the goal of promoting inclusivity and excellence. After two long years of hard work JesseElite launched his product line. His focus was different, he wanted to create his own enhancement dye. His exceptional skills and talent led to his nomination for Behind the Chair's #1Shot Award.  Moises recently joined StyleCraft & Gamma's newly formed educational team, where he shares his expertise and teaches his craft to others. Alongside his remarkable barbering skills, Moises is also bilingual in Spanish, which further enhances his ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and students.

My creative journey began while studying architecture and fashion design, where I developed the eye for structure, balance, and detail that now defines my signature style.

Combining technical precision with artistic vision, I specialize in modern cutting, seamless extensions, barbering, and working with versatile textures. My career has taken me to major international stages including Paris Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, and Miss World Dominican Republic, where I have contributed to high profile hair shows and styling teams.

Today, as an educator, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge with stylists around the world and empowering them to push boundaries, master advanced techniques, and create without limits.
