Part of our Quality Control is testing the blades cutting performance. In order to do so, the machine is tested on synthetic clear grey nylon fiber to ensure you receive a perfect product. We try our hardest to clean every piece of the fiber before it gets to you. If you do see the nylon fibers, rest assured your machine is not used. We also pre oil your machines so they are ready to go once received!

Your appliance should be returned to the original place of purchase. If your return falls outside the store’s policy, you can contact us within the warranty period for a replacement.
If you purchased directly from StyleCraft, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is received. Please check with your bank for additional processing time.

Email info@stylecraftus.com with your receipt and a brief explanation of the issue. A return case must be opened with a representative before sending your item back. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered.
